Struggling consumers are getting ripped off while the greedy bad actors take advantage of a system tilted in their favor. Well Gretchen will not let them get away with it. • Prevent banks from charging excessive and unfair fees.
• Make sure insurance companies can't deny coverage that you have paid for and deserve.
• Put some teeth back into Michigan's Consumer Protection Law.
• End immunity for big drug companies whose products harm or kill a loved one.
• Guard against scam artists who prey on people going through foreclosure.
